Provide liquidity, stability and affordability to the mortgage market in
Armenia

» Main Business
▧ Refinancing of mortgage loans
- Fixed-rate local currency mortgages with a maturity of at least 10 Session I
years to reduce the monthly debt service burden for borrowers. These
mortgages do not transfer the interest rate and currency risks to the new
homeowners and hence make them less susceptible to current economic
conditions. Mortgages in regions and EE mortgages are encouraged
further with below market interest rates.
- Cumulative volume of purchase mortgage loans: AMD 79 bln
- Cumulative volume of renovation and single home construction mortgage
loans: AMD 14.2 bln
- Outstanding balance of mortgage loans: AMD 40 bln
