▧ Implementation of "Nurly Zher " housing construction program
1) Rental housing with the purchase :
The company provides financing for construction and retal housing to be
sugsequently repurchased by rentees.
Kazakhstan 2) Acquisition of rights of claims on mortgage loans/mortgage securities :
The company provides long-term refinancing to banks and mortgage
organizations by means of purchases of their bonds to ensure
affordabilitity of mortgage loans to individuals.
3) Subsidizing mortgage loans :
Financial agent for subsidizing part of the interest rate on mortgage loans
of STB borrowers in order to reduce the final rate for the borrower
